[p3]-Hydroponic Update

Here at [p3], we do Hydroponics in a special way: low-tech, in order to keep the price of the vegetables low & accessible, water-saving, transport-reducing, and space-saving (vertical instead of horizontal).

With these features, we create a holistic approach to face the challenges of now and the future - placing sustainability and healthy living at its core. 

These are the three main ways; we currently work with Hydroponics:

We not only share our gained expertise and knowledge with you – we also share what we harvest. Periodically we harvest a great amount of lettuces. In combination with exchange events, tastings, open discussions etc. or just as a lettuce give-away, we hand out lettuce to private people, partners, cafés/restaurants, professionals or just interested people.
