Our Goal
[p3]-Werkstatt aims to train people with migrant or refugee backgrounds to enter Vocational Training or the work force through the designing and building of innovative and sustainable products.
In the midst of this, the core values of WithEachOther-ness, Enthusiasm, Responsibility and Sustainability shape our daily work, in the workshops: wood, metal & electro, as well as in the classroom: in the German, Math and Theory courses.

the art of being together with fellow human beings, in which an appreciative and sincere acceptance is tangible. Because the process of creating with each other, is what opens a perspective for the future for everyone.
With this value as our focus, we aim to raise awareness, that the integration of refugees within the work force is a chance for everyone.
Applications for the [p3]-EQ Programm 22/23 will be accepted starting February 2022.
Donate to the [p3]-School
[p3] is financed through the sales of furniture, hydro-systems, [p3]-Mobile Küchen, through sponsoring and donations.
Thank you for making a statement for sustainability, the integration of refugees in the work force and diversity by supporting [p3] through business, partnerships and/or donations.

Bei [p3] erleben wir, dass es eine Aufgabe für Alle ist, sich für eine bessere Zukunft einzusetzen. MITEINANDER.
Es gibt 3 Möglichkeiten, Teil von [p3] zu werden:
Spende
[p3] – Praktikanten und Azubis erhalten durch qualifiziertes Personal in Mathe und Deutsch bis zu vier Stunden pro Tag Unterricht. Zudem werden sie sozialpädagogisch begleitet.
Dafür suchen wir Paten.
Spende für die [p3]-Schule
Kauf
Im Rahmen einer Einstiegsqualifizierung oder Ausbildung beteiligen sich die Programmteilnehmer unter Anleitung unserer Schreinermeister an der Produktion wunderbarer Produkte (Holz, Metall und Elektro).
Wir haben „Serienprodukte“ in unserem Shop, freuen uns aber auch über individuelle Aufträge. Wir bauen alles! Schön. Hochwertig. Nachhaltig. Miteinander.
