End of the Year Celebration: EQ 2024/2025

We have been reaching the End of our training years for the Ausbildung/vocational training for about seven years now. And it is always a special day. Yes, we celebrate the hard work of each of the men that decided every day to keep showing up for their training, through the good days, the hard winter days and the tired days. Through the morning sport, the assembly days at our customer houses, through the cleaning hours, through the classroom minutes of writing, speaking, grammar and math numbers. That’s worth celebrating. 

But every year for us as the p3-Team that get to do this over and over again every year, its one the best days here at p3. We celebrate the progress made through the year— but most importantly that we did it as a Team. 

Personally, I love the moment where each one of the men (the EQ’ler) gets up, in front of the whole Team, and tell us what they are thankful for, their highlight moments, and they share where their Ausbildung /work place after p3 is. Seeing how confident they are, how happy, how thankful and how much more German they know to do that and confidence to do it in front of such an audience, is definitely moving and rewarding. 

So this year, as part of the End of The Year Blog, I bring you some fun fotos from our Celebration, but also a bit of their quotes of what each one of them said. As a way to not focus on the words but to keep this moment shared and here for the years to come. 

It is also a time for me and in the name of the whole p3-Team to say thank you. Yes, thank YOU! Thank you for being here, cheering for us, reading and sharing our content, ordering your home furniture with us, believing in us and our men. 

So here is to another p3-year filled with perseverance, responsibility, resilience, amazing learning-curves, team spirit and hope.
