We celebrate the hard work of each of the men that decided every day to keep showing up for their training, through the good days, the hard winter days and the tired days... I love the moment where each one of the men (the EQ’ler) gets up, in front of the whole Team, and tell us what they are thankful for, their highlight moments … Seeing how confident they are, how happy, how thankful … is definitely moving and rewarding.
